I really hope I don't lose your attention because this isn't a 30 second TikTok clip, I know, I get it, I easily get quick dopamine from TikToks too.

I write my entry as a page below my upcoming birthday plans. Who really likes to plan their birthday anyway?

Right now I should be doing my corporate job, the one I spent years in school for. Instead I'm somewhere between birthday planning, 12 work tabs open, and writing a bip bopping blog page. I don't really hear about blog pages anymore. Part of me would love to get behind the camera on social media and be that girl, but I know myself. I'd rewatch it over and over, pick apart every imperfection, and delete it before anyone saw it. Or maybe I'd actually post it, then delete it five minutes later once the fear kicked in, people are going to judge me for this, or pick apart every flaw. Is that just what it's like being a 22 year old woman, or is that just me?

For context, I'll actually be 23 in 11 days, hence the birthday plans I mentioned. Being 22 has had its ups and downs. I finished school, I got a job, I moved out, but I still have so many dreams. Should I own a business one day, or work a corporate job forever? Oh, the luxury of overthinking at this age. It's not just about the job, though that might get eaten by AI eventually, so maybe it really is time to start a business. Here we go again with these thoughts. Honestly, I love them, I think the overthinking adds character. Should I go to therapy for this? Seriously, let a girl know.

Sorry for being this vulnerable in the first minute we've known each other. Oh, and there I go apologizing again, people tell me not to over-apologize, but that's just my nature. I feel like everyone my age is at a different point, and honestly, I find myself at a different point every day. I just can't keep things as stable as other people seem to. How does anyone stick to such an active lifestyle all the time? I like to say I'm active, but then you'll catch me out partying on a random weeknight. Sometimes I think, this is so much fun, and other times I'm like, wait, is this really me? Should I be doing this? Once again worrying about what other people think because I care too much.

Now I'm just rambling, but I truly wanted to start a page where I could be overly open without having to make 24/7 video content. Maybe I'll get there eventually, but I know myself, I'll overanalyze it, and I hope you don't, because you already know I'll be caring about what you think.

Sitting in my apartment thinking about what this blog will actually be, here's the inside scoop. If anyone ever reads this, expect the latest girly products I love, or haven't tried yet but want to, a taste of the girl's dream life, and yes, I'd love to receive PR one day. Expect weekly check ins on how I'm feeling, because I like to write and reflect, aka I'm 22 still, I have a lot of thoughts on life, where I might be going wrong, and habits I may or may not change. Expect the scary, amazing, complicated reality of living alone. Seriously, a girl just wants to afford an iced coffee and a sweet treat here and there without doing rent math in her head.

I also want to get into relationships, dunt dunt dunttt. As someone who's had a few relationships, situationships, and one nighters, let's cover this without judgment. Most importantly, if people actually find this, I cannot wait to hear from you. I love hearing other perspectives, and if you relate, let me know. I can be pretty average, but then I wonder, am I really that average? Do other people have these same problems?

I'm excited to welcome you to bip bopping blog if anyone ever finds this. The only AI generated thing here is my grammar, because I genuinely cannot spell. Does anyone relate? (And okay, fine, some of the website design too, don't judge me, lazy girl syndrome is real.) Peace, love, and tacos.
